CREAM OF THE CROP
Sevierville Milkshakes You’ll Melt Over
Nothing says treat yourself quite like a decadent milkshake. These crave-worthy concoctions are the cream of the crop and the perfect way to celebrate a trip to the Smoky Mountains. Sip, scoop, and swirl your way through these seven can’t miss treats.
Soaky Shake Shoppe
Boomer’s Birthday Shake
You might not expect decadent milkshakes inside a waterpark, but that’s exactly what you’ll find at Soaky Mountain Waterpark’s Soaky Shake Shoppe. Named for Soaky Mountain’s mascot, Boomer the Squirrel, Boomer’s Birthday Shake features vanilla ice cream in a white frosting rimmed mug coated with sprinkles. The whole thing is topped with whipped cream and finished with a sprinkled cupcake.
Adina’s Sweet Shop
Adina’s Sweet Shop starts with creamy, local ice cream, then blends in a decadent brownie for a rich and flavorful treat. Before serving, it’s topped with chocolate, sprinkles, whipped cream, more sprinkles, chocolate syrup, another brownie, and a cherry on top.
The Apple Valley Creamery
Smoky Mountain Fudge Milkshake
The Apple Valley Creamery takes one of their most popular ice cream flavors – Smoky Mountain Fudge – to a whole other level with the Smoky Mountain Fudge Milkshake. The ice cream is churned fresh in-store, hand scooped, and blended to perfection.
S’more’s are summer’s perfect campfire treat, but the S’more’s Shake at Graze Burgers may have them beat. Godiva chocolate, vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, roasted marshmallows and whipped cream come together to create a shake that tastes like a visit to the Smoky Mountains.
It’s a classic. A hand scooped strawberry milkshake topped with whipped cream and a cherry. At The DINER, they serve this treat the old-fashioned way – in a milkshake glass with a side of more milkshake in the metal mixing cup. Get one straw (or two) and enjoy a nostalgic meal in this ‘50s-eque shiny diner.
Cruze Farm Dairy
Cookies & Cream Churn
Even though it’s not exactly a milkshake, the Cookies & Cream Churn from Cruze Farm Dairy definitely makes this Cream of the Crop list. Homemade Sweet Cream soft serve ice cream blended with organic Oreo pieces is a real treat. Not only do the good folks at Cruze Farm Dairy make their soft serve from scratch, but they also raise and milk the cows at their nearby dairy farm.
