Named for Soaky Mountain’s mascot, Boomer the Squirrel, Boomer’s Birthday Shake features vanilla ice cream in a white frosting rimmed mug coated with sprinkles. The whole thing is topped with whipped cream and finished with a sprinkled cupcake.
