Fun Day Trip Ideas to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

INSIDER'S GUIDE: 9+ FUN DAY TRIP IDEAS TO PIGEON FORGE, TENNESSEE

By Hope S. Philbrick

It’s possible to drive into Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, from Dolly Parton’s hometown of Sevierville without even realizing it. The boundary is clearly indicated along the 441 Parkway with a sign at the bridge that crosses over the Little Pigeon River. But that marker is easy to miss since your gaze may fix instead upon the building ahead that’s shaped like the ship Titanic, the house that appears to be upside down, the spire with a gorilla clinging to it, or any of the other eye-catching attractions in our sister city.

We get it: You’re here to have fun not ponder community borders.
