TRAVEL INFORMATION

We have received many calls from guests inquiring about their planned travel to Sevierville and the Smoky Mountains. The communities of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevier County are open and ready to welcome guests who can travel here safely. As always, we encourage you to confirm travel plans directly with the places you’ll be visiting.

Hurricane Helene has impacted some primary travel routes through North Carolina and East Tennessee. Because of this, we encourage you to map your route using a wayfinding application such as Google Maps or Waze to verify the best route based on current road conditions in the region. All roads are open and clear in the City of Sevierville.

Be aware and travel safely. For the most up-to-date information on Tennessee roads, visit TDOT’s SmartWay website or see the map below.

Some recreation areas in Great Smoky Mountains National Park are currently closed. Please be aware of this if you had planned to hike or visit the national park during your visit. The latest updates will be posted at NPS.gov.

HELPING OUR NEIGHBORS

Our hearts are with our friends and neighbors affected by last week’s devastating flooding. While these communities work to recover, many members of our business and faith communities have mobilized to raise funds and distribute supplies to those in need. If you would like to contribute or help, please see the information below.

If you would like to contribute directly to flood relief by way of monetary donations, that can be done through www.mountainwaystn.org

If you would prefer to donate supplies, visit this site for a list of current drop off locations and needs. https://www.cockecountystrong.com/current-drop-off-locations/.
