Posted on December 22, 2021December 27, 2021

Are you looking for ways to enjoy winter in the Smoky Mountains? We know of one you might like. 🙂 Grab your loved ones and hop in your vehicle to explore some of the best winter views in the Smoky Mountains. You can stay warm and still be in awe of the beauty of the mountains. Here are 3 incredible winter views you won’t want to miss while you’re in Sevierville and the Smokies.

Cades Cove

Cades Cove is gorgeous no matter what time of year you go. As long as it’s open and not closed due to inclement weather, you should definitely plan to visit while you’re in town this winter. Snow capped mountains in the distance make Cades Cove even more beautiful for many travelers. It’s also a good choice because you can stay warm in the comfort of your own vehicle while also touring the area and seeing a lot of natural beauty.

Gatlinburg Scenic Overlook

While you’re in Sevierville, you may want to plan a little day trip to Gatlinburg to take a look at the scenic overlook. The scenic overlook shows a picturesque view of the area and snow capped mountains are usually visible in the distance. Take a trip past the beautiful overlook for a great photo opportunity with the people you love. The twilight lights definitely add some beauty to the scene as well so it’s definitely worth seeing while you’re in town.

Smoky Mountain Cabin

Book your stay in your very own Smoky Mountain Cabin and make sure to choose a cabin with a beautiful view so that you can see all that the Smokies have to offer while you’re in town. Some hotels also have rooms with beautiful views and balconies so that you can get a great view of the area while also relaxing in the comfort of your cabin or room. Snow capped mountains in the background while you’re cozying up with the people you love in front of a roaring fireplace sounds perfect to us right about now. What about you?
