Sevierville’s oldest (and newest) neighborhood is its historic downtown. With many buildings dating back to the nineteenth century and a spectacular Beaux Arts style courthouse, the downtown area is picturesque and provides the perfect place to share Sevierville’s history. Multiple historic walking tours, covering everything from Sevierville’s history to the impact of African-American-owned construction companies on the town’s significant structures, can be enjoyed.
